These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) set out the terms and conditions under which the publisher of the application, identified in the Legal Notice (hereinafter the “Publisher”), makes the mobile application “Unpopular Opinions” (hereinafter the “Application”) available to the user (hereinafter the “User”).

Any use of the Application is subject to the full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION

Unpopular Opinions is a party game application offered free of charge, intended for entertainment purposes. The Application offers questions and debate topics for the purpose of livening up gatherings and parties.

ARTICLE 2 - ACCESS TO THE APPLICATION

Access to the Application is free of charge. It can be downloaded from Apple’s App Store (iPhone, iPad) and from Google Play (Android). The User acknowledges having the skills and means necessary to access and use this application.

ARTICLE 3 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements making up the Application (texts, graphics, logos, questions, game concepts, etc.) are the exclusive property of the Publisher.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the Application, by whatever means or process, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of the Publisher.

ARTICLE 4 - LIABILITY

The Publisher uses all reasonable means at its disposal to ensure quality access to the Application, but is under no obligation to achieve this result.

The Application is a game medium. The Publisher cannot be held liable for remarks, opinions or debates exchanged between Users during a game. Each User is responsible for their own words and behavior. The Application is intended to be a friendly and good-natured entertainment tool.

Furthermore, the Publisher cannot be held liable for any malfunction of the network or servers, or for any other event beyond its reasonable control that would prevent or impair access to the Application.

ARTICLE 5 - FREE SERVICE

The “Unpopular Opinions” Application is provided entirely free of charge. It contains no in-app purchases, no subscription, and no form of direct monetization from the User.

ARTICLE 6 - CHANGES TO THE TERMS

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and without notice in order to adapt them to changes in the Application and/or its operation. The User is therefore advised to regularly consult the latest available version of the Terms.

ARTICLE 7 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or performance falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
